Waite Psychological and Therapeutic Services was founded in 2019 to bring culturally competent, trauma-informed mental health care to families, couples, and individuals in Durham, NC. Selena opened the practice after seeing how many people struggled to find the right support — care that truly saw them and met their needs. Today, we provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process and heal from past trauma, build coping skills, and strengthen their relationships and overall quality of life.
