She has experience leading resilience and stress management programs that help individuals strengthen coping skills and improve their overall well-being. She believes that every client is the expert on their own life and strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and move forward with confidence.
Outside of counseling, Shakiera enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, staying active, and finding new ways to practice wellness in her own life.
